FIELD: power engineering, namely, boiling layer furnace devices, possible use in industrial and power boilers for highly efficient combustion of crushed solid fuels and combustible waste.

SUBSTANCE: boiling layer furnace for burning solid crushed fuels and combustible waste contains protecting walls, at least one furnace screen, devices for letting in combustible material and letting out cinder, air distribution grating for boiling layer burning and for after-burning cinder, transverse collector, mounted above aforementioned grating, connected to furnace screen and divided the grating surface on zones of boiling layer and cinder burning, nozzles for letting in secondary air, connected to protecting walls. Furnace is provided with poking board capable of reciprocal movement along the surface of immoveable air-distributing grating for combustion of solid crushed fuels and combustible wastes in boiling layer and for after-burning cinder, and with tilting furnace bar fastened to an end of aforementioned grating on the side of cinder burning zone. Nozzles for letting in secondary air are built into protecting walls above boiling layer. Gaseous products of combustion and carryover from boiling layer, and also from cinder burning zone and from tilting furnace bar, are drawn to above-layer space through windows in back screen and after-burned using secondary air fed through nozzles for letting in secondary air.

EFFECT: lower operational costs due to provision of possible trouble-free operation of boiler, lower laboriousness of furnace manufacture, decreased weight and dimensions of boiler, increased boiler operation reliability and increased cinder burning efficiency.
