FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat power engineering and can be used in the combustion of high-ash coals in a fluidized bed, in particular high-ash bituminous coals. Device for combusting solid fuel in the fluidized bed comprises a combustion furnace of a first stage fluidized bed, provided with an air distribution grate, a primary and secondary air supply system, connected at the output in series to the collectors of large-fractional carry-over and fly ash, in the collectors fluidized bed furnaces of the second stage for large-fractional carry-over and the third stage for fly ash are installed, equipped with air distribution grates and primary and secondary air supply systems and ash removal. Presence of three segregated fluidized bed furnaces allows to organize the most combustion in each step at the optimum parameters, and extends the operational capabilities of the equipment.
EFFECT: creation of conditions for a more complete afterburning of volatile fractions of ashes and chars in the fluidized bed, which leads to an increase in the ash content of ash and slag wastes, and to an increase in efficiency of the device, economy and reliability of work when combusting high-ash fuels.
