FIELD: medicine, apiotherapy.

SUBSTANCE: method involves investigation of blood cells and the indices ratio of blood cells are calculated in 200 cells, namely Garkavi's index (GI), Bradek's index (BI) and allergy index (AI) by the formulae: GI = SC, BI = RNC, and AI = E/L. Estimation of these indices is carried out in dynamics in the process of treatment by finding six levels of the body reactivity response. In the presence of the I-st reactivity level characterizing by values AG = 0.15-0.22, BI = 4-6 and AI = 0.45-0.60, and VI-th level characterizing by values GI = 0.25-0.3, BI = 5-6 and AI = 12-14 treatment is carried out with the apitoxin dose 0.14 mg for 12 seances. In the presence of the II-d reactivity level characterizing by values GI = 0.25-0.40, BI = 8-10 and AI = 0.09-0.19, and V-th level characterizing by values GI = 1.0-1.3, BI = 19-20 and AI = 0.11-0.3 treatment is carried out with the apitoxin dose 0.50 mg for 12 seances. In the presence of IV-th reactivity level characterizing by values GI = 0.7-0.95, BI = 17-19 and AI = 0.09-0.13 treatment is carried out with the apitoxin dose 3.15 mg for 12 seances. In the presence of the III-d reactivity level characterizing by values GI = 0.45-0.65, BI = 12-16 and AI = 0.05-0.08 treatment is carried out with the apitoxin dose up to 4.8 mg for 12 seances with the exposition time of sting from 10 s to 30 min. Method provides enhancing precision and effectiveness of determination of apitoxin dose for correction of immunity.
