SUBSTANCE: in accordance to invention, information about recording/reproduction in real time scale, ensuring recording/reproduction in real time scale, is preserved in file control information, in each real time file, or in separate file, and recording/reproduction attributes are assigned to a file in real time scale. Therefore, files, recorded in real time scale, may be reproduced without interruption. Also suggested are methods for creating a file, to which recording/reproduction attributes are assigned in real time scale, allowing to expanded data area and to record and reproduce a file, to which real time scale recording/reproduction attributes are assigned.
