FIELD: organic chemistry, medicine, psychopharmacology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to using compound chosen from group consisting of the formula (I): and the formula (II): wherein phenyl at position X is substituted with halogen atoms chosen from group consisting of fluorine, chlorine, bromine or iodine atoms and taken in the amount from one to five; R1, R2, R3, R4, R5 and R6 are chosen independently from group consisting of hydrogen atom and (C1-C4)-alkyl wherein (C1-C4)-alkyl is substituted optionally with phenyl wherein phenyl comprises optionally substitutes chosen independently from group consisting of halogen atom, (C1-C4)-alkyl, (C1-C4)-alkoxy-, amino-, nitro- and cyano-group. Proposed compounds are used in manufacturing a pharmaceutical composition for protection of nervous cells from cerebral ischemia and necrosis. Pharmaceutical composition is designated for using in broad spectrum of neurodegenerative diseases accompanying symptoms of ischemia and necrosis.
EFFECT: valuable medicinal properties of compounds and pharmaceutical composition.
