SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for inhibition of activity of ERK2 in a patient using compounds of the formula (III-a): 
novel compounds and compositions using for inhibition of activity of ERK2. Also, invention relates to a method for inhibition of effect of ERK2, GSK-3, Aurora, CDK2 or Lck in a patient, methods for treatment of diseases mediated by ERK2, or GSK-2, or Aurora, or CDK2, or Lck, a method for accelerating glycogen biosynthesis, a method for reducing blood glucose level, a method for inhibition of formation of hyperphosphorylated Tau protein in a patient, a method for inhibition of β-catenin in a patient, a method for inhibition of effect ERK2, GSK-2, Aurora, CDK2 or Lck in biological sample. Invention provides enhanced effectiveness of inhibition.
