FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: method involves administering 2-3 months long treatment course combining transcranial brain electrostimulation with two current frequencies of 77 and 10 Hz and psychotherapeutic treatment based on classical psychoanalysis techniques being used. The treatments are applied 2-3 times a week with sessions being 50-60 min long. Transcranial brain electrostimulation is carried out during the first 15 min with treatment frequency of 77 Hz being applied. Treatment frequency of 10 Hz is applied during the next 15 min. The psychotherapeutic treatment based on classical psychoanalysis techniques is applied beginning from the 15th minute of session, concurrently with transcranial electrostimulation. The transcranial brain electrostimulation is interrupted beginning from the 30th minute of the session and psychoanalysis only is applied to the session end.

EFFECT: normalized psychophysiological status; normalized sleep; stopped unmotivated fear and tachycardia attacks.
