FIELD: rolled stock production, namely designs of rolling stands having rolls displaced one relative to other and having curvilinear contours along the whole length of barrels and being mutually complemented.
SUBSTANCE: stand includes working and (or) backup and (or) intermediate rolls. Barrel contour profile of roll pair is described by trigonometry function. Roll gap contour is also described by trigonometry function depending upon barrel profile contour and roll position in range of their possible axial shifting. Function describing roll barrel is sine function; roll gap contour is described by cosine function received from said sine function. Invention provides dynamic control of rolled piece planeness.
EFFECT: improved planeness of rolled pieces.
