SUBSTANCE: cryogenic fueling plant comprises low-pressure or medium-pressure gas pipeline sections, water and carbon dioxide freezer, Stirling cryogenic machine, closed cooling loop for cryogenic machine cooling including pump for cooling liquid circulation and heat-exchanger for heat dissipation in ambient space. Cryogenic fueling plant also has ambient air loop including ambient air supply fan, cryogenic vessel for liquefied natural gas storage, natural gas supply and discharge lines and lines for liquid natural gas vapor re-condensation. The lines connect gas pipeline, cryogenic machine and freezer. Cryogenic fueling plant comprises liquefied natural gas fuel distribution column with fueling nozzle. Heat-insulated liquefied natural gas supply line with cryogenic pump and heat-insulated liquid natural gas vapor return line connect liquefied natural gas storage vessel and fueling nozzle.
EFFECT: possibility to re-condensate liquefied natural gas vapor exiting from fuel tanks of vehicles and decreased liquefied natural gas losses.
