FIELD: cryogenic equipment, particularly cryogenic gas machines working on reverse Stirling cycle used to produce liquefied natural gas for motor transport.
SUBSTANCE: cryogenic system has natural gas pipeline, Stirling cryogenic machines, line to supply natural gas from pipeline to above cryogenic machines, liquefied natural gas storage vessel with heat insulation and natural gas liquefying lines, which connect cryogenic Stirling cryogenic machines with liquefied natural gas storage vessel. Each Stirling cryogenic machine is provided with closed refrigeration loop. All Stirling cryogenic machines are connected to natural gas pipeline through cabinet control station. Refrigeration loop of each Stirling cryogenic machine is provided with heat-exchanging unit.
EFFECT: increased natural gas liquefaction capacity, improved Stirling cryogenic machine cooling efficiency, possibility of above system usage to liquefy high-pressure gas flowing in pipeline and low-pressure product gas.
