FIELD: armament equipment, applicable in small arms specimens, whose automatic mechanism operates on the principle of recoil of the unlocked breech.

SUBSTANCE: the hunter's self-loading carbine has a barrel with a receiver, trigger mechanism, base with a stop. An additional mass of the breech representing an insert is installed between the receiver and the base for longitudinal motion, the insert is provided with a lateral lug engageable with a mating slot formed in the breech. Longitudinal slots engageable with the receiver lateral surfaces are made on the insert lateral surfaces.

EFFECT: the necessary mass of the unlocked breech, compact dimensions of the receiver and carbine as a whose are preserved.
