SUBSTANCE: in self-loading small arms having a barrel, receiver with a butt plate, sliding breechblock, breech lock with an ejector, breechblock counterrecoil device, striker, as well as a trigger and a magazine installed in the trigger housing, according to the invention, the counterrecoil device consists of two counterrecoil mechanisms, each having a rod with center-popped ends and a counterrecoil spring located on the rod between two movable bushes, the counterrecoil mechanisms are positioned in stepped slots of the breechblock, the narrow front section of the slot is less than the diameter of the movable bushes, the rear ends of the counterrecoil mechanisms are positioned in the recesses of the receiver butt plate.

EFFECT: simplified construction and enhanced reliability of the weapon.
