FIELD: testing technology.
SUBSTANCE: proposed device has bearing plate, loading member, power source and programmer. Power source feeding the working fluid to loading member is made in form of pipe line mounted vertically for control of required height. Device is provided with level sensors, electrically controlled distributors which are connected with programmer and adjustable throttle valves fitted in working fluid delivery and return lines, as well as with tray for receiving the working fluid leakage in case of overload of members under test; this tray is connected with service tank through return line. Working fluid is fed to power source either by low-pressure pumping unit or by gravity from reservoir located above power source; said reservoir is connected to centralized power source through electrically controlled distributor and is provided with high and low level sensors; return line is connected with centralized power source.
EFFECT: enhanced accuracy of loading; enhanced reliability of protection of object under test.
