SUBSTANCE: it may be used for definition of presence or of absence of voltage on current-carrying elements. The feeding of the indicator is executed directly from measured electrical circuit without application of an autonomous source of power supply.
EFFECT: increases reliability, small-sizes, simplicity and safety.
