SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electrical engineering, in particular to pulsating current generation pulsing circuit. Technical result is achieved due to that circuit of pulsating current generation includes signal circuit, which contains resistor, capacitor, diode and light-emitting diode. With ESR of test capacitor, high-frequency pulse voltage generated by HF excitation current through ESR can be increased accordingly. Since the capacitor is capable of providing passage of high frequency, the LED will emit light when the high-frequency pulsating voltage reaches a specific threshold value, which can be controlled by controlling resistance of the resistor. Thus, the user can be notified about the increased ESR of the tested capacitor and the danger of failure of the pulse power supply so that losses can be avoided.

EFFECT: technical result consists in provision of warning of user on malfunction of pulse power supply by means of signal circuit.
