FIELD: food-processing industry, in particular, production of novel canned food for cosmic feeding.

SUBSTANCE: method involves shredding, freezing and grinding fresh cabbage in grinder; cutting; slightly frying carrot, white roots and bulb onion in melted oil; grinding poultry meat and greens in grinder; slightly frying wheat flour in melted oil; mixing said components with bone bouillon, white dry wine, tomato paste, sugar, edible salt, citric acid and CO2-extracts of biomass of predetermined kind of micro mycelium, black bitter pepper and laurel leaf; packaging resultant mixture in aluminum tubes.

EFFECT: increased digestibility of canned product as compared to similar culinary dish and wider range of canned food for cosmic feeding.
