SUBSTANCE: the method in question deals with preparing all necessary recipe components by cutting, frying in melted butter and reducing upon a chopper carrots, parsley root and onions; cutting, blanching potatoes and the turnip upon a chopper; chopping, freezing new white cabbage and reducing it upon a chopper, and, also, boiling, shelling and reducing hen eggs upon a chopper followed by cutting and reducing the gourd upon a chopper. Skinned fish fillet and greens should be reduced upon a chopper followed by frying wheat flour in melted butter and grating the garlic. Then one should mix the above-mentioned components with tomato paste, fish broth, sugar, common salt and citric acid and CO2-extracts of hot black pepper and laurel leaf. After that, one should pack the mixture obtained into aluminum tubes at the preset expenditure of components. This enables to obtain new canned food for cosmic nutrition being of higher digestibility against analogous culinary dishes.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of manufacturing.
