SUBSTANCE: remedy contains light water having at least 99.739 molecular %, or at least 99.760 molecular %, or at least 99.774 molecular %, of the most light weight molecules of ¹H₂ ¹⁶O and the other types of water molecules make the rest to 100%. Method involves introducing efficient quantity of the light water for treating patient being in need for that. The required light water quantity is preferably introduced in oral or parenteral way. The method optionally has stage for introducing effective dose of preparation for stimulating sexual activity. The drug is selected from a set of medical preparations, physiotherapeutic means, psychotherapeutic means, herbal species, vitamin and mineral additives, biologically active additives and/or their combinations.
