FIELD: compound welding of thick sheet structures used in bridge building.
SUBSTANCE: device contains power supply and body with leading and guiding wheels held on it, holder for coil of electrode wire, electric engine with reducers for wheels, compound bunker, welding mouthpiece, welding mouthpiece extender, clamping ceramic bushing and bar for guiding wheel with sliding connection and stopping screw. Mouthpiece contains leading and clamping rollers. Power supply contains current-feeding wires for welding arc and current-conductive wires for electric motor. Supporting points of guiding and leading wheels are positioned in combined welding plane. Mouthpiece extender is made in form of smoothly curved bushing and positioned between holder for electrode wire coil and welding mouthpiece. Bar is made with possible mounting of device in inclined position by means of sliding connection and stopping screw.
EFFECT: increased productivity with preserved quality.
