FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automatic welding device intended for flux shielded welding by two torches. Device case 1 is made up of two closed moving carriages. Moving mechanism 2 with drive 3 are arranged inside every said carriage. Welding torches 7 are secured on master cams 7 of vertical sheet surface. Every master cam 7 is made up of rolled fitted on spring-loaded bent rod 22 with travel limiter 23. Welding torches 6 are secured on master cams 7 by brackets 24 and provided with vertical drives 5. Every carriage 1 is equipped with front strut 10 and rear strut 11. Front struts are interconnected by crosswise U-section plate 12 housing feed mechanisms 4 and feed mechanism drives 5. Joints 15 are made of said plate 12 for connection of gas and water hoses 16 and 17. Both mechanisms 2 and 4 are equipped with smooth adjustment mechanisms.
