SUBSTANCE: proposed device has U-shaped box-like housing with elongated detonating charge, flat piston with knife which is locked with pin and anvil. Charge is located in end wall of housing in front of piston. Anvil is made in form of rectangular plate.
EFFECT: reduced mass and overall dimensions of device.
