SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes lights cutting, roasting in melt butter and chopping; fresh white cabbage shredding, freezing, and chopping; carrot, parsley root, and onion cutting, roasting in melt butter, and pulping; garlic pulping; wheat flour sautéing. Abovementioned components are blended with bone broth, tomato paste, sugar, table salt, and CO2-extracts from specific micromycete species, black pepper and bay leaf. Obtained mixture is pre-packed in aluminum tubes in specific component ratio, sealed and sterilized.
EFFECT: canned goods of increased digestion value.
