SUBSTANCE: filtering well construction rig comprises production and filtering string, double flushing string. The device also has additional double flushing string having lower end installed in annular space between production string and filtering one so that the lower end may slide within 4-6 m range with respect to filtering string end. The filtering string has shell-type filter.
