METHOD FOR TRANSFERRING A DISCRETE MESSAGE IN SYSTEMS WITH FEEDBACK COUPLING Russian patent published in 2007 - IPC H04L1/16

Abstract RU 2302083 C1

FIELD: radio communications, electric communications and computer engineering, possible use for transferring information in computer networks.

SUBSTANCE: in accordance to the method, at transferring end of communication line the input signal is divided into n-bit long blocks, discrete message is formed as a series of block-symbols n-bit long, a copy of discrete message is formed by encoding each symbol of discrete message in accordance with given formula, one bit is added to each symbol of discrete message and its copy for even parity check, discrete message and its copy are recorded and transferred through a communication line, and at receiving end of communication line received message and its copy are recorded, each symbol of received copy of discrete message is decoded in accordance to given formula, symbols of received discrete message are compared to decoded symbols of the copy of discrete message, symbols received with errors are corrected, when necessary information is transferred through a feedback channel requesting transfer repeat for discrete message and its copy, block-symbol length of the discrete message is selected under conditions of strong correlated multiplicative interferences in accordance to given formula.

EFFECT: increased speed of information transfer under conditions of strong correlated multiplicative interferences in communication line.
