Device has nanosecond pulse oscillator, microsecond pulse oscillator, first to fourth single-pulse vibrators, OR gate, reversible counter, time interval former, point light source, indication unit, five pulse series oscillator, first and second switches. Precision of measurement of excitation time of vision analyzer can be improved to ability of changing pulse duration with step of 1 microsecond.
