SUBSTANCE: device has millisecond pulse oscillator, second pulse oscillator, first to third single-shot vibrator, five pulse set oscillator, OR gate, counter, time interval former, first light source, second light source, indication unit, first switch for reducing controlled 1 ms delay of showing of one pulse relatively other, second switch for increasing controlled delay of 5 ms in showing of one pulse relatively other. Two light pulses are shown simultaneously for shorter period of time which fact allows studying time of inertia of visual system.
EFFECT: reduced fatigue of visual system; no need in complex equipment.
