SUBSTANCE: device comprises piping space composed of horizontal pipe (1) and vertical pipe (2), pipelines (3) for supplying oil-containing water (3), and pipelines (5) for discharging pure water. The diameters of horizontal pipe (1) and vertical pipe (2) are equal or not. Horizontal pipe (1) is parallel or inclined to the surface. The piping space is defined by horizontal pipe (1) plugged from both faces. The bottom section of the pipe is connected with plugged vertical pipe (2). The pipeline (3) for supplying oil-containing water is ended with sprayer (4) and is connected with horizontal pipe (1). Pipeline (5) for discharging the pure water is connected with vertical pipe (2) or the bottom section of horizontal pipe (1). Pipeline (7) for discharging gas is connected with the top section of horizontal pipe (1). The pipeline for discharging oil is connected with horizontal pipe (1). The bottom section of vertical pipe (2) is connected with the collector (9) for solid particles. Hydrocyclone (10) provided with branch pipes (11) for discharging gas and branch pipes (12) for discharging liquid could be mounted in front of the entrance to the horizontal section.
