FIELD: heat and power industry; methods of the chemical reprocessing of the ash-and-slag materials with production of aluminum oxide and silicon dioxide.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of the heat and power industry, in particular, to reprocessing of the ash-and-slag materials (ASM) formed at incineration of the solid fuel with production of aluminum oxide and silicon dioxide. The method of the chemical reprocessing of the ASM formed at incineration of the solid fuel includes the activation of the ASM, their lixiviation, separation of the lixiviation products for silicon-containing and aluminum-containing components, treatment of the latter with production of the aluminum hydroxide. The method provides that activation of the ASM with the size of the particles from less than 50 microns up to more than 200 microns is conducted by their impact milling at the ASM particles impact velocity of 80-300 m\s up to diminution of the size of the particles in 2-10 times. The lixiviation conduct at the temperature of 80-110°С, aluminum-containing component is additionally subjected to the autoclave lixiviation at the temperature of 280-330°С, and the silicon-containing component is subjected to the carbonization with production of the highly dispersive silicon. The impact milling of the ASM may be conducted at presence of the alkali. The invention allows to decrease the power inputs, to simplify the used equipment in the method and to increase reprocessing of the ash-and-slag materials.
EFFECT: the invention ensures the decreased power inputs, simplification of the used equipment, the increased volume of reprocessing of the ash-and-slag materials.
