SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the construction materials and may be used similarly to the foamed concrete. The technical result of the invention is improvement of the heat-protection properties of the foamed concrete due to reduction of the thermal conductivity. The mortar including the cement, the molding wastes of the metallurgical production of the chemical composition (in mass %): MgO - 0.27;А12О3-1.0;SiO2 - 96; PuS - 0.07; CaO - 0.55;Cr2O3 - 0.07; Fe2O3 - 0.3;Na2O - 0.65;K2O - 0.42;TiO2 - 0.1, with the fineness modulus of no more than 1.5, the water and the foaming additive "Queen" made on the basis of the sodium stearateC17H35COONa contains as the cement - portland cement and additionally - the wastes of the rubber industry or the tire industry in the form of the rubber crumbs with the sizes of the fractions of 0.06-3.00 mm at the following components ratio (in mass %): The portland cement - 22-29, the indicated molding wastes of the metallurgical production - 53-61, the indicated foaming additive "Queen" - 7-11, the indicated wastes of the rubber industry or the tire industry - 2-4, the water - 5-7.
EFFECT: the invention ensures the improved heat-protection properties of the foamed concrete and the reduced its thermal conductivity.
