FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention pertains to construction materials and may be employed in production of building blocks. Construction mortar contains, wt %: cement - 22-29, metallurgical production moulding waste of the following composition, wt %: MgO - 0.27; Al2O3 - 1.0; SiO2 - 96; PuS - 0.07; CaO - 0.55; Cr2O3 - 0.07; Fe2O3 - 0.3; Na2O - 0.65; K2O - 0.42; TiO2 - 0.1, with fineness modulus of not more than 1.5 - 54.8-63.6; foaming additive "Kvin" based on sodium stearate C17H35COONa - 7-11; potassium permanganate - 0.2-0.4; water - 5-7.
EFFECT: improved heat recovery properties of foam-concrete due to reduced heat conductivity rate.
