FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises forcing anthocyan-containing extracts or washing waters with dye concentration of 0.5-0.8 mg/l to flow through a sorbent made of a product of polymerization of polystyrene in monochloridethyl ether at 25°C with a flow rate of 3-8 ml/min and subsequent desorption of the absorbed pigments by 40-96 % ethanol with a flow rate of 0.54-3 ml/min until unpainted fraction are produced.
EFFECT: improved method.
