FIELD: chemical technology. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the improved method of isolation and purification of saponins. Purification of saponins is carried out on macroporous sorbent "Stirosorb 1-MCHDE x 100" that ensures to obtain water-soluble saponins. Isolation of saponins from sugar production waste ensures to decrease the content of these substances in flows by 15-20 times. EFFECT: improved method of isolation, simplified process, high degree of purity, improved ecology.
