FIELD: chemical industry, in particular, composite anti-ice compound, usable for removing snow and ice covers from roads, and the method for producing said compound.

SUBSTANCE: anti-ice compound contains magnesium and sodium chlorides - 0,5-73,5%, sodium and/or magnesium sulfate - 0,5-6,5%, corrosion inhibitor 0,01-0,55%, water the rest up to 100%. Method for producing anti-ice compound includes mixing solutions of magnesium chloride and sodium chloride with water solution of sodium and/or magnesium sulfate, with possible, but not required, following evaporation or drying of resulting solution until mass moisture share settles within 19,4-27,8% and crystallization or granulation of product. As solution of sodium chloride or sodium sulfate, sulfate saline is used primarily, produced during production of caustic. Anti-ice compound and its production method substantially expand the raw stock base and are characterized by low production cost of target product due to simple technology and usage of large-volume wastes and incidental products of various chemical industries, and also cheap natural sources of raw stock.

EFFECT: aforementioned liquid or solid anti-ice compound has softer and more sparing effect on environment compared to analogs based on calcium and sodium chlorides, and relatively low freezing temperature; also, by lightly changing composition of anti-ice compound and mass share of moisture in it, it is possible to produce solutions ready to be used under certain temperatures of environment.
