SUBSTANCE: proposed corrosion inhibitor contains the following components, mass-%: sebacic acid, 3-4; adipic acid, 8-9; sodium hydroxide, 6.5-7.5; benzoic acid, 3.5-4.0; water, 30-40; benzotriazole,0.25-0.50; sodium bicarbonate, 1-2; the remainder being ethylene glycol.
EFFECT: enhanced corrosion resistance of all structural members of internal combustion engine; avoidance of mineral depositions; reduced toxicity of cooling liquids.
