FIELD: mechanical engineering; gas turbines.
SUBSTANCE: proposed improved attachment of blades on rotor disk is made in form of root or lock of each blade which is fitted in socket or end slot of disk corresponding to blade. Root has form of inverted isosceles triangle with two meeting in base, each provided with chute profile to form row of teeth. Lower end of rotor is formed by connection of two lower teeth of two sides of root. Teeth of root correspond to grooves made in sides of socket. Lower end of root corresponds to inner end groove made in socket. Grooves pass along line X tilted relative to axis Y of socket at angle β1 equal to 17°-23°, including extreme values. Grooves have straight sides with tilting relative to axis Y of socket at angles α1 and α2 where α1 is angle of side pointed to outer surface of rotor disk 22 and is equal to 42° - 48°, including extreme values. Angle α2 is from 94° to 100°, including extreme values. Grooves meet in base along arc of circumference. Teeth between grooves are made to arc of circumference of radius R4. Side with angle α1 of upper groove is connected with outer surface of rotor disk over arc of circumference with radius R3. Inner end groove has form of inverted omega letter with two symmetrical upper sides arranged second angles α1 relative to axis of socket and connected to each other by four arcs of circumference. Arcs of circumference are symmetrical relative to each other in pairs, first by arcs of circumference with radius R1 and then by arcs of circumference with radius R2. Radii R1 R2 and R3 have relationship protected by proposed invention.
EFFECT: reduced concentration of stresses, increase speed of turbine rotation.
