Ticket processing server checks trustworthiness of payment and confirms the right of player for playing via portable game device. Portable game device includes ticket reading device, used by payment transaction processing server during check of assigned cost for confirmation of user's right to play.
EFFECT: expanded territorial accessibility of games with usage of personal game devices and tickets with allocated value.
