FIELD: processes and equipment for separating non-mixed non-uniform poly-phase liquid systems, possibly for cleaning sewage in oil production, oil processing, petrochemical and other industry branches.
SUBSTANCE: hydraulic cyclone includes separate chamber for accumulating foam product. Said chamber is communicated with chamber for hydraulic cyclone separation through draining annular slit formed between outer surface of draining pipe being common constructional member for both chambers and axial opening in base of chamber for accumulating foam product. Draining pipe has in lower portion distributing-receiving unit and it may move along axis of apparatus at providing fixation in desired position (lower and upper critical positions). Distributing-receiving unit includes converging tube and disc joined to said converging member by means of pins and restricts controlled gap between said converging tube and disc. The last has on its generatrix surface pins for orienting lower end of draining pipe along axis of chamber for hydraulic separation. Housing of said chamber is inserted by it lower portion into hopper-chamber by optimal depth through mouth of said hopper-chamber and axial opening of partition. Inside lower part of hydraulic cyclone separation chamber stationary support is mounted; cone like deflector is joined to said support. Cone like deflector is mounted with possibility of vertical motion along pin and it restricts gap (in predetermined range) together with end of lower part of hydraulic cyclone separation chamber. Partition in upper part of hopper-chamber is made in the form of disc with axial opening. Said disc is rigidly joined with housing of hopper-chamber and it forms annular circumferential slit with wall of hopper-chamber.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of separation of poly-phase liquid systems at cleaning sewage water.
