FIELD: manufacture of building materials and lime-and-sand bricks and wall materials.

SUBSTANCE: proposed binder may contain additive in the amount of 0.15-0.26% of its mass. Proposed lime silicic binder contains the following components, mass-%: ground quartz sand, 10.59-30.51; quicklime, 22.0-36.99 and 1.80- - 8.09-% aqueous solution of copper vitriol, 46.61-57.63. Method of preparation of binder consists in introduction of 1.80- - 8.09-% aqueous solution of copper vitriol at temperature of 0-55C during grinding the quicklime and quartz sand. Method of silicate mixture for production of molded articles of autoclave hardening consists in mixing the non-ground quartz sand and lime silicic binder and keeping the silicate mixture for at least 3 hours without additional humidification at the following ratio of components, mass-%: non-ground quartz sand, 70.28-84.00; lime silicic binder, 16.0-29.72. Lime silicic binder may contain additive in the amount of 0.15-0.26% of its mass. Articles made from this binder posses increased compressive strength and may be stored and transported during several hours under industrial conditions.

EFFECT: increased compressive strength of articles.
