FIELD: chemical industry; methods of production of the granulated explosive materials.
SUBSTANCE: the group of inventions is pertaining to the field of the industrial explosive materials and presents the method of preparation of the granulated explosive material, in which first mix the emulsion and the granulated ammonium nitrate. The produced mixture is intermixed with the solid combustible additive till production of the homogeneous mass. As the emulsion use the reverse water-resistant emulsion for preparation of the poremit or emulsolite in the amount of 5-10 mass % from the composition of the granulated explosive material, and as the solid combustible additive use the powdery coal and the aluminum powder in the amount of 5-10 mass % from the composition of the granulated explosive material. The invention presents the granulated explosive material prepared by the given method. The purpose of the invention is production of the granulated explosive material with the stable explosive properties at storing.
EFFECT: the group of inventions ensures production of the granulated explosive material with the stable explosive properties at storing.
