FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to blasting works and can be used in preparing granulated explosives which can be used to blast mountain mass in the mining industry. The disclosed composition of granulated explosive substance contains granular ammonium nitrate, a water-resistant emulsion based on ammonia-carbamide solutions which contain mineral oil (industrial), ammonium nitrate, carbamide, water and an emulsifying agent, and dust-like combustible additives: coal and aluminium powder with particle size of 0.7-100 mcm. Two versions of the ratio of components are presented. The method of preparing the granulated explosive substance involves mixing ammonium nitrate with emulsions and solid combustible additives. In the process of preparing the explosive substance, aluminium powder, followed by the coal dust-like additive, is added to the granular ammonium nitrate after mixing with the emulsion.
EFFECT: composition of the explosive substance is easily processable and has good explosive properties.
