FIELD: oil production, particularly enhanced recovery methods for obtaining hydrocarbons.

SUBSTANCE: method involves performing downhole water transmission from lower water-bearing pool to upper producing pool in natural mode by water-bearing reservoir energy usage; reducing reservoir pressure in productive pool at injection wells used for above downhole water transmission by oil exraction intensification through producing wells, wherein oil extraction through producing wells is executed in cyclic regime, which provides liquid flow direction change in productive reservoir. To provide liquid flow direction change one can change intensity of oil extraction through producing wells opposite one to another so that one opposite well pair provides maximal rating and another well pair provides rating equal to 50% of maximal rating for time period necessary for dynamic oil level reduction below permissible level during continuous oil production. Then well regimes are reversed.

EFFECT: simplified development and increased oil recovery from reservoir.
