FIELD: medical equipment.

SUBSTANCE: single-use hemo-sorption column can be used in systems for extra-corporal blood cleaning. Column has case with extended parts disposed at ends, cap, input and output capillary polymer filters and hemo-sorbent disposed between them. Caps are connected with case through sealing rings; caps have couplings disposed in opposition and in alignment to edges of case; couplings interact with transportation caps, which caps have sealing. Extended parts of edges have fastening members. Length l of case of column relates to diameter d of column as 5:1-9:1. Volume of case equals to 90-500 ml. Thickness of polymer filter equals to 1,8-2,5 mm. Diameter of filter equals to d+n, where n equals to 10-30 mm.

EFFECT: improved efficiency of mass exchange; reduced hydrodynamic resistance.
