FIELD: production of composite materials.
SUBSTANCE: heat-resistant composite material comprises basic insulating layer, hollow nonporous particles, binding matrix, and heat-reflecting layer that has binder and agent that reflects the infrared radiation. The heat conductivity of the heat reflecting insulating composite material is about 50 mW/m°K or less. The method of production of the heat-resistant insulating composite material is also presented.
EFFECT: improved insulation.
