FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: procedure for re-distribution of constituents of heat flow consists in changing weight shares of convective and radiation constituents of power flow transmitted through surface dividing mediums. Also, according to the procedure at the boundary of mediums there is applied at least one layer of substance including hollow micro-spheres. Depending on a required technical result, apart from a layer containing micro-spheres, there can be used additional layers, for example, out of heat reflecting and/or heat absorbing materials.

EFFECT: change of ratio between convective and radiating constituents on background of summary amount of heat power transmitted through surface of heat exchange or usage of effect of re-distribution of convective and radiating constituents of heat flow for considerable reduction of summary amount of power transmitted through surface.
