FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: mono-polar electrodes are introduced into area of tumor. Lysis procedure is performed at current of 100 mA. Time of influence and distance between electrodes is found from formulas t=(M3x(Dc-K1xI)-K3xM1xI)/(M2xM3-K2xK3) and r=(K2xM1xI-M2x(Dc-K1xI)/(M2xM3-K2xK3), where t is time of influence; r is distance between electrodes, M3=0,263; Dc is diameter of total area of necrosis of malicious tumor around electrodes; K1=0,141: I is current being equal to 100 mA; K3=-0,167; M1=-0,0178; M2=-0,037; K2=0,191.
EFFECT: standardized process of lysis.
