FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and can be applied for electrochemical lysis (ECL) and surgical ablation of intraocular neoplasms. Electrodes are introduced and ECL session is carried out. Two platinum electrodes are used, and one electrode, anode, which is made in form of net and corresponding in form to respective form of projection of tumour base on sclera and which in size is 1 mm smaller than tumour base on entire perimetre, is applied on sclera and sewn to it, and another electrode, cathode, which is a needle one, is introduced into tumour intravitreally, parallel to sclera, with 3 mm indent from tumour top. Products of tumour destruction are removed in the course of ECL.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to preserve sclera integrity, and reduce risk of recurrences.
