FIELD: devices for production of granulates from viscous fluid materials.
SUBSTANCE: proposed device has reservoir to be filled with material which is provided with at least one hole, perforated steel band, guide drums, heater and cooled band. Revolving perforated band brings viscous materials fed to its inner side to drop-like state. Then drops are hardened on cooled band running below. Perforated steel band has thickness ensuring drop formation. Guide drums have such diameter so that cracking in holes is excluded. Heater is located in front of drop formation area.
EFFECT: maintenance of required temperature conditions of drop formation; simplified construction.
