SUBSTANCE: device comprises housing with discharging opening overlapped by means of the concave, vertical supplying branch pipe connected with the housing, rotor member provided with radial blades, and deflectors mounted on the inner side of the cylindrical housing. The angle β between the front wall of the rotor member in the direction of rotation and the deflector is related to the angle α of inclination of the wall of the rotor member to horizon as β = (π/2 - α)/2, and α < π/2.
