FIELD: agriculture, in particular, preparing of substrate for producing biohumus from packed organic fertilizer with high content of foreign matter. SUBSTANCE: line has dosing hoppers, conveyors, foreign matter separating section and mixer with shaft carrying mixing tools, feeder-grinder positioned above foreign matter separating section and having feeding drum, accelerating drum and grinding chamber with pins. Foreign matter separating section has two-stage separating device with screens and magnetic catcher. Mixer is further provided with cutters, discharge blades and liquid component doser. Such construction allows organic fertilizer grinding extent to be increased, foreign matter to be effectively separated from organic material of predetermined fraction composition and separated organic material to be mixed with other components at large-capacity production of biohumus.
