FIELD: the invention refers to the field of instrument making and may find application in the systems of automatic regulation of the flight for control over the speed of a guided flying vehicles remotely controlled.

SUBSTANCE: the technical result is increasing accuracy of processing program-generated influences during moving of a flying vehicle on the route with keeping the time schedule as at the influences of disturbances on the flying vehicle so at their absence. For achieving this result there are additionally introduced in the arrangement a distance calculating block; a block of forming coordinates of the position the flying vehicle; the first block of multiplication; an information input block; the second adder whose first input is connected with the fourth output of the information input block and the second with a chronometer; the third adder whose first input is connected with the third output of the information input block and the output with the third subtracting input of the first adder; the fourth adder whose first and the second inputs are connected correspondingly with the output of the first multiplication block and the output of the second adder and the output-with the second input of the third adder.

EFFECT: allows control over the speed of a flying vehicle.
